Our Free Delivery zone is a 7km radius from our Preston store and a 10km radius from our Cheltenham Store with a central passage between both stores.

$50 DELIVERY ZONE

Our $50 Delivery Zone is any address within a 15km radius from our Preston Store and a 25km radius from our Cheltenham Store that is outside the Free Zone.

$100 DELIVERY ZONE

Our $100 Delivery Zone is any address within a 50km radius from our Cheltenham Store.

$150 DELIVERY ZONE

Our $150 Delivery Zone caters to all Victorian suburbs outside of the 50km radius from our Cheltenham Store.

Delivery and Pickup Times:

Sadly at this point in time, Mattress Builders do not offer delivery to New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Northern Territory, West Australia or Tasmania.

We understand that this can be frustrating for many Australians, but due to our mattresses being extremely large, heavy and expensive to deliver with Australian Couriers, interstate deliveries are not feasible at this point in time.

If you are from interstate and are still interested in having one of our mattresses delivered, please contact us and we can try our best to acommodate you, but be warned it will be excessively expensive.

Please ensure the products you are ordering will fit into the room you require them for. Stair access, narrow corridors and small lifts often catch people out.

We are not responsible for goods not fitting into your rooms or access areas.

Please take your time and choose carefully. Most of our items are custom made or ordered and cannot be returned once unpackaged and used.
