ChiroFlex Hi-Lo Adjustable Bed

The ChiroFlex Hi-Lo Adjustable Bed is a stylish 3-motor height-adjustable bed designed for people who want greater comfort, easier bed access and additional mobility assistance without the clinical appearance of a traditional care bed.

Unlike a conventional adjustable bed that primarily raises the head and legs, the ChiroFlex Hi-Lo can also raise and lower the entire sleeping platform from approximately 38cm to 65cm.

This whole-bed height adjustment can make getting into and out of bed easier and also allows the bed to be raised to a more comfortable working height when changing sheets or making the bed.

3-Motor Hi-Lo Adjustment

The ChiroFlex Hi-Lo provides three important powered adjustments, giving the user much greater flexibility than a conventional fixed-height adjustable bed:

• Head and upper-body adjustment – raise the upper section for sleeping, resting, reading or watching television.
• Leg and foot adjustment – independently elevate the lower section to find your preferred resting position.
• Whole-bed Hi-Lo adjustment – raise or lower the complete sleeping platform to suit the user or carer.

Whole-Bed Height Adjustment – Approximately 38cm to 65cm

One of the key differences between the ChiroFlex Hi-Lo and a standard electric adjustable bed is its approximately 38cm to 65cm platform height range.

For people with reduced mobility, having the ability to alter the complete bed height can make sitting down onto the bed and standing up again easier. Rather than being restricted to one fixed bed height, the sleeping platform can be positioned at a height more appropriate for the individual user.

Easier Bed Making and Changing Sheets

The Hi-Lo function is also useful when making the bed. The complete mattress platform can be raised to a more convenient working height when changing sheets or dressing the bed, reducing the amount of bending required over a low mattress.

This can be particularly useful for family members or carers who regularly assist with making the bed.

Available Sizes

The ChiroFlex Hi-Lo Adjustable Bed is available in Long Single, King Single and Double sizes.

Two individual beds can also be positioned side-by-side, allowing each sleeper to independently control their preferred bed position.

Additional Grab Rail and Side Rail Options

For customers requiring additional support, a similar model is also available in black with grab rails to assist when getting into and out of bed.
